Procedure to
Update your Selection Number

1. Dial the InfoLINE at 419-421-8888.

2. Enter selection number 9500.

3. Enter your PIN number.

4. The system will ask you to: record or play.

Press 1 for record, 2 for play.

5. Enter your selection number.

6. The system will instruct you to press the asterisk* to begin, and press * when finished.

7. Review your recording by replaying your selection number.
